The Bluewater Technology Centre, (BTC) provides intermediate students with a unique learning opportunity. Students from schools containing grades 7 and 8, travel to one of the four sites of the BTC located at Georgian Bay Secondary School in Meaford, Hepworth Central Public School in Hepworth, John Diefenbaker Secondary School in Hanover, and Kincardine Township-Tiverton Public School in Kincardine.
The BTC consists of four broad-based technology areas which are divided into eighteen Modules. The Module challenges are completed during a full day visit to the Centre. Over the course of the two year program, students will complete all eighteen module challenges; providing broad-based exposure to a wide range of technologies.
